Hi there, my name is Holger. I was born March 26th a few years before the original Star Wars movie was relesed (and I'm still

in excellent shape ;) ) and I live in a litte city in the southeast of Germany (sounds boring? Well....). I'm a fan of the saga since

the original movie came out, when I was just four years old. I didn't see ANH at this time (unfortunately), but I can remember

the hype and I saw TESB and ROTJ in 1980 and 1983. I started to Star Wars memorabilia in the early days of 1978 and my

first item was the Power Droid action figure from Kenner. I still have the little Droid and it's one of my favourite items.

My first Star Wars autograph was a signed 5x7 photo of Carrie Fisher (pre-print, unfortunately) in her famous ROTJ slave

outfit back in summer of 1983, followed by Dave Prowse in the early 90ies. I really started my collection in 1997, when I

had the idea the collect "some of the most important" autographs, because I was sick of toy collecting. Only a few weeks

later, I received a signed photo of John Williams and the days of "some" autographs were history. My collection is much

bigger than I did ever imagine. I collect other autographs too, primary LOST, James Bond, Lord of the Rings. Indiana Jones,

Original or Prequel Trilogy? Original Trilogy (Theatrical Version only!)

Do you like the Expanded Universe? No. At least not the books. I stopped reading the novels a long time ago, because in my

opinion they are just terrible. To me it's not Star Wars.

Your thoughts on The Clone Wars? Much better than expected and in my opinion it's better than The Phantom Menace.

Your thoughts on the upcoming Live Action TV Series? No idea if the whole thing will be good or bad, but I'm

curious and I'm looking forward to watch it. And I'm especially looking forward to get the signatures, of course....

Do you collect other Star Wars stuff then Autographs? Slightly. I like behind the scenes books about Movies

(especially the Original Trilogy), some posters and stuff from the 70ies and 80ies, but that's pretty much it.  I rarely buy toys

and similar stuff.

Do you collect all autographs related to  Star Wars? No. I collect primary movie related autographs plus Clone Wars,

Ewok Movies and the infamous Holiday Special. Of course, there are always exceptions, but I'm not interested in

authors, comic artists etc.

The Dark Side of collecting Star Wars Autographs? Fake autographs, of course.

Do you sell any autographs from your site? No.
